Refund policy

At Leather Mingle, we ensure that every sheet, hide, and batch of finished leather and raw leather meets strict quality standards. Still, returns may be needed in rare cases.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • Wrong leather category or color delivered

  • Leather quality differs from confirmed samples

  • Product arrives damaged

Natural leather variations are not considered defects.

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom colors or finishes

  • Cut-to-size orders

  • Partially used leather

  • Leather showing natural marks (normal)

4. Refund or Replacement Process

Once inspected, we offer:

  • Replacement leather

  • Store credit

  • Full/partial refund (depending on case)

5. Return Shipping

  • If Leather Mingle made an error → We cover shipping.

  • If customer error → Customer covers shipping.

6. Damaged Shipments
